What do you like best about Lead Forensics? The platform does a pretty good job at identifying visitors to our website abd blog. It's primarily used as an intelligence tool by the sales team to monitor when their prospects are looking at resources and act upon those visits accordingly.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics? First is how easy they made the process for coming on board with them. Secondly, they are a very rare company in taking the time to ensure we knew what we were doing from the get-go. With a subscription-based service, they know if we're not happy with the service, onboarding, training, or the results, we would not renew. I will renew this time, the next time, and the next.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics? The simple layout to the site and system is a great benefit as when introducing a new system overly complicated functions can be incredibly daunting.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics? Due to staff level limitations, we don't use LF to it's fullest, but do realise there is much more we can get from using it. Nevertheless, the information we do get from using it is very useful, and enables us to monitor visitors to our website, and respond accordingly.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics? Lead Forensics gives me insight of how often potential customers visit the site and what it is that they are looking for. I can keep track by adding them to the watchlist and target the right contact person through the contact list provided by Lead Forensics. It also gives me the possibility of adding notes helping me to keep an overview of contacts made and infos exchanged.
