I had problems with tickets that were…
I had problems with tickets that were already paid and were shown again on the screen as owed, the printers weren't asigned correctly to the ipads, the ips were wrong and that got all the system a little confusing. Shane was very patient with me and helped me fixing all the issues, got it back on track after 2 hours over the phone trying all the steps he was telling me.

I was so impressed with how responsive Shane/Sohaib was in responding to my request for support. He guided me through connecting our PAX terminal to our POS with so much patience. I was so appreciative he was able to identify issues we were having and resolve them immediately on the spot. Thank you again for providing outstanding support:)
