What do you like best about Lavu? ease of use, I can log in anytime from home or at work and check on sales, make changes to the menu, time sheets. Our pos at work was not connecting to…

Our pos at work was not connecting to the printer and when I call lavu costomer service were very nice and easy to work with. The first person I talk to he resolve all the questions and problems our system had. Thanks to lavu for having well trained people to help costomers.

The program in general I would give a 3…

The program in general I would give a 3 at best. The service I received with my last tech support was amazing. That individual is by far one of the best assets to the entire business. Patient and helpful. I have had many experiences with the tech support with LAVU and can say with confidence that he was above and beyond helpful.
