What do you like best about LaunchDarkly? LaunchDarkly has great up time! They also have first class Terraform support. What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly? The raw API clients for manually manipulating flags are a bit rough (just generated with Open API). But most companies wouldn't need to use them. What problems is LaunchDarkly solving and how is that benefiting you? Now that we are using LaunchDarkly, we don't need to patch prod as often. Any larger change gets a feature flag, so we ...

"Easy for customer-facing teams to manage"

What do you like best about LaunchDarkly? Easy to find flags and quickly enable or disable for our customers. We also leverage a Slack integration so that we can monitor changes. What do you dislike about LaunchDarkly? Would be cool to see a little easier way of which "customers" have which flag. Recommendations to others considering LaunchDarkly: Encourage communication between eng and customer-facing teams to make sure the naming conventions of the flags are consistent.
