What do you like best? Ease of use, and the fact you have a full record of past your reviews, given and received. Also nudges you when you have outstanding tasks. What do you dislike? Easy, Efficient and Super Helpful!
What do you like best? The UI is incredibly easy to use and navigate and makes filling in reviews easy and stress-free. It's also a great way to guarantee that a record is kept of reviews and you can easily see progress against both goals and review to review. Easy to use!
What do you like best? Easy to track my performance and goals that I have set! What do you dislike? Great for goal tracking and for the workplace as a whole!
What do you like best? Lattice makes it easy for me to input and track my goal as well as ask for feedback and interact, in an official manner (let's say with my direct manager. Lattice is a great tools to communicate with our manager
What do you like best? Easy to communicate with our manager or member of the team. Easy to follow up on news What do you dislike? I have no bad comment or thing that I dislike about latice What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it as a medical team to communicate with our manage et to review weekly our performance and projet that we are working on.

Simple use
What do you like best? Help me keep track of my progress and goals toward the compagny. Easy and simple to use. What do you dislike? There is no nothing i would change on this platform. It is really helpfull What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Any problem towards the compagny can be solve with Lattice. It allows us to discuss with our manager quite often about any issues, Weekly reminders about how you feel in the compagny is really great.
