What do you like best? The best part about using lattice it's really easy to celebrate your wins and others wins through the entire company. What do you dislike? The worst part is the sometimes minor bugs where my newly created goals aren't visible on the dashboard - maybe they need validation from a manager? It's hard to tell. What do you like best? It's easy to find everything you need, to track goals over time, and to give and solicit feedback. What do you dislike? It's not as flexible as we'd like (we have "coaches" and "managers," which doesn't fit their assumed hierarchy, but we can work around it. What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use and allows management to keep up to date with employees

What do you like best? I enjoy the function that allows the company to set up questions to ask staff members on a weekly basis, this means that we can stay on top of how everyone is doing in the workplace before any regular 1-2-1s.
