Lattice is fine.
What do you like best? The basic feature set is useful. Google calendar integration is nice. What do you dislike? Unable to cascade 1:1 talking points to multiple direct reports at once. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to plan for upcoming 1:1 by adding talking points beforehand and during the meeting is nice. Getting updates from direct reports is useful and can lead to new talking points.

Easy to use employee engagement and performance management tool!
What do you like best? The clean UI makes it easy to navigate and the learning curve is super fast! The ability to put notes in prior to 1:1s is great, especially with the ability to add shared notes and also private notes that I can only see. What do you dislike? The platform sends a lot of emails reminding you to fill out the reviews, which is good but a bit of inbox clutter. The success of the platform really hinges on the engagement of the users, everyone has to be committed to ...

Finally a place for me to put all the feedback I have for coworkers
What do you like best? I like that I can deliver performance-based feedback on my coworkers as it happens, in real time. It gets considered at appropriate moments (before reviews, promotions, etc. I also like the top to bottom transparency Lattice brings my company. What do you dislike? I found the OKR submission process to be a bit over my head. I'm unsure if I'm using it properly, but time will tell. This could be improved as our group's understanding of how to use the product also ...

Not a lot! Very intuitive, although some elements of navigation could be slightly improved, however that is a minor issue. What problems are you solving with the product? Good goal-setting tool if you use it weekly
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to navigate. It makes sense to set goals and then track them and their progress. I find it helpful to bin categories of tasks in Lattice. And it helps my manager keep track of my work. What do you dislike? I wish there was a calendar view in a gantt chart sense. It would be nice to see how my goals are tracking over time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it weekly and set expectations for goal tracking. What ...

I also get notified about additional features that could boost my productivity and reminders for these meetings. I also appreciate how it holds each party involved accountable. What do you dislike?
