Easy to use & great for work environments with a lot of cross-team collaborations

What do you like best? It’s very user friendly and as a manager it’s easy to keep all your feedback in one place. What do you dislike? The platform could have more features such as integrating with email etc but that’s nice to have vs necessary What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The ability to provide real time written feedback that is stored in one place. Also very useful for keeping track of multiple projects at once through the 1:1 functionality. Awesome tool to evaluate my team success

What do you like best? The possibility to choose team members to evaluate your job and how you could be better and pretty easy to give feedback to team members. What do you dislike? Not a truly dislike, but I wish it could be more integrated with my company merit cycle. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use and Straight Forward

What do you like best? Easy to use with the right questions asked. It helps me to review my previous performances and make improvement in my work ethics. What do you dislike? It gives a holistic view rather than detailed view on the performances What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Its a self reflect tools for me. Easy to use for various functions!

What do you like best? The UI/UX is great and easy to navigate. I enjoy the "friendliness" of the platform. There are various functions in Lattice (giving feedback to colleagues, performance reviews, conducting interviews, organization goals, etc. that I've taken advantage of while using the platform. Beautiful User Interface that is easy and fun to use

What do you like best? Makes things easy to write and track OKR's! Easy to see everyone on the teams update and OKR's statuses in the platform as well. What do you dislike? Updating an OKR can be a little tedious sometimes when you want to change how things are measured. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Really helps for team visibility. Also helps for individual tracking of OKR's and updates.

Great 360 degree team transparency!

What do you like best? I love that Lattice offers 360-degree team reviews. Everything is fully transparent and it is such a departure from your traditional employee review. It's great to give and receive feedback from team members, as well as leaving a review for your manager! What do you dislike? So far I haven't run into anything I dislike! Great for performance management

What do you like best? I like that I'm able to put my team's quarterly goals on each members lattice profile and track them at any time. Plus that I don't have to physically organize 1 : 1 meetings anymore but instead I give feedback to the team members and review their performance and get responses right on Lattice.
