What do you like best? The best part is being able to do weekly progress updates about professional growth. What do you like best? 1on1’s!! This can keep my direct reports accountable for doing 1on1s for their reports. Amazing feature What do you dislike? The help center isn’t super in depth. Lattice is the perfect enterprise for management and achieving more

What do you like best? I work as QA and had very diverse goals and tasks but with lattice my work is organized and I can really feel achieving things and my managers are also more transparent about my work now. Takes the pain out of review cycles

What do you like best? Lattice makes it very clear where you are in the process and saves your work so you can come back to it later. The feature of having peer reviews side by side to the one you are writing is very nice. This makes it very easy to reference back to what peers are saying while you write a manger review for a direct report. What do you dislike? Great tool for public praise, but has some loose ends to tie up when it comes to performance reviews

What do you like best? We integrate our public "Shoutouts" with slack and I love that program. Anyone at any time can give praise to people for the company to see and it's really a great program to boost morale. I like that they have that feature as private praise just doesn't feel as good sometimes. What do you dislike? I'm not a huge fan of their performance review program. The perfect solution for making people management and enjoyable, efficient experience

What do you like best? What I like most about lattice is that it allows me to make meaningful connections with each one of my direct reports as well as my own boss in a centralize space where it can be recorded and the conversations are stored in a place for future reference.
