Lattice is a great way to keep track of productivity on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.

Best performance tracking app till now

What do you like best? The best part I liked about this tool is the transparency it provides with the review and the goals. Tracking of goals is very perfect and useful on daily basis. What do you dislike? Need to send notifications to users is not available What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Employee review and goal tracking is one of the best use case.

A great management system

What do you like best? I like that I can have a space to communicate directly with my manager without having to set up a physical meeting during the day. It helps save time. If there's a concern, then we can address it in person. What do you dislike? Great Tool for Feedback/Reviews

What do you like best? I love how intuitive and simple it is to use. We have integrated lattice with slack so that team channels can seamlessly document good work done by others. Lattice is a great people management tool for any company size

What do you like best? Lattice has a great UI/UX and super easy to use. We are currently using Lattice for reviews & goal settings. We have been using Lattice for just over a year now and I think we all love the tool. What do you dislike? I haven't tried all the features like "1:1s" but there is nothing that I dislike at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sleek and fast platform!

What do you like best? I really like the interface. I am a frontend developer and I really like the minimalistic UI and have fast it loads. I also like the subtle interactivity. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We've used a number of other providers for people management. Either the program was too robust and adoption was low amongst employees or it lacked the capabilities we were looking for. Lattice hit a sweet spot for everyone. What do you like best? I enjoy having clear goals and metrics to review with my manager and to help me keep focused on my strategic goals.
