What do you like best? Really like the public functionality for feedback and goals. This allows us to create a culture of feedback. It's also nice for us to have transparency into who everyone's manager and reports are. I like that I can see other people's goals. Just what I need

What do you like best? I can log in with a regular web browser from anywhere and use an up to date UI. What do you dislike? It keeps bugging me to update goals that have already been completed. A must have tool for first time managers.

What do you like best? Ease of use and have a central palace for all things needed to manage a team. As a first time manager managing a small team, Lattice helped me understand what it takes to manage a team effectively. Great for managing personal career goals

What do you like best? The ability to manage all the goals that I've made for myself while being at an organisation. It's also really helpful that I get reminders whenever a certain goal needs to be updated. What do you like best? I loved the flexibility our team was given to include short answer vs scale range. It was a clear interface and allowed us to capture content and disseminate to our team both publicly and privately. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The original reason we signed up for Lattice was to handle peer 360 reviews, which it has done a great job with. We were delighted to find it also does an amazing job at tracking our OKRs and has helped us formalize that process. What do you dislike?
