What do you like best? I like the hands on learning work shops/labs What do you dislike? I personally don't enjoy just speaking sessions. What problems are you solving with the product? Currently we are dealing with cleaning up files that have been scanned into Laserfiche, the files were scanned with out being organized and the originals were shredded. We are having to go into each individual profile and rearrange the scanned documents

What do you like best? Laserfiche is very eaay to use yet it is powerful!! What do you dislike? I have no dislikes. The product keeps getting better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have used scanning and quick fields to complete a large batch scanning project. Using the public portal to reduce open records requests.
