What do you like best? Automating processes for my users to make their jobs easier and with less paper. What do you dislike? Limitations with taking payment and ther inability to have an outside user update a submitted form. Recommendations to others considering the product: Plan, plan, plan! What do you like best? Easily customizable, workflow automation What do you dislike? Takes some time to learn to write workflows, but worth it.
