What do you like best about Laserfiche? Flexibility and custom controls of workflow and forms What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Nothing. We are a new customer and have been using for 5 months. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Document storage and automatic routing and indexing.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? The best part about Laserfiche is the easy way to process documents and organize them based on metadata. Also it allows us to route documents that require approval signaturea. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? No issues so far, except sometimes hard to search for documents. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Laserfiche to build forms and route for approvals.
