"IT WORKS, with a caveat"
What do you like best about Laserfiche? It's ability to do anything I can think of doing with a software that stores data. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? It's granularity with ports and firewalls; otherwise, it won't work. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? metadata is a HUGE problem finding documents granular security settings

"Records Tech"
What do you like best about Laserfiche? That it is user friendly and you can customize your screen how you like it. I also like that it is easy to set up folders and correct mistakes. The searching feature is very robust and makes it nice to be able to find documents electronically instead of searching through boxes of paper. Laserfiche import agent is also really nice, it will bring documents into Laserfiche and pair them together along with name the documents and apply a template. Being ...

"Document management you can love!"
What do you like best about Laserfiche? Once you get the hang of it, it's actually pretty easy to use. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Admin reporting could be expanded a bit more. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Our organization decided to try and go paperless a few years ago and Laserfiche has really helped us move in that direction.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? Document storage and fuzzy searching is really useful. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Lack of help getting federated search to work. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Storing, OCRing, and automated workflow of documents and searching and sharing documents with the public.

"Laserfiche solves problems"
What do you like best about Laserfiche? The ease of use and extensibility is fantastic. I like the ability to design forms and backend workflows easily. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? The ability to connect through API. Creating connections has not been the easiest with ERP systems. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Converting paper forms to online forms and workflows saves time and processing effort.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? Laserfiche is a great intergration of forms with saving documents for a efficient work repository. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? I haven't had anything personally I dislike about laserfiche What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? We use business processes to streamline forms and document retention.
