What do you like best about Laserfiche? It's so intuitive, anyone can learn forms, and they provide resources to ask and search questions about the product. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? So far I have not found any issues worth noting. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? We've automated so much in my department. Making our job easier

What do you like best about Laserfiche? Document storage and fuzzy searching is really useful. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Lack of help getting federated search to work. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Storing, OCRing, and automated workflow of documents and searching and sharing documents with the public.

"Laserfiche the universal program"
What do you like best about Laserfiche? Laserfiche is so flexible and can be built to fix any issue you have. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Not much. I was using the Connector and it stopped working but probably do to changes in chrome What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? We have had paper forms and processes that took so much time. Applications for utility service could have only been done 8-5 M-F but not applications can be done 24/7

What do you like best about Laserfiche? Laserfiche is a "Yes" Software. If you want to do something with content management, forms, or resource planning, Laserfiche can accomplish it. You may need training, but the software company provides ample opportunities and resources for training staff. What do you like best about Laserfiche? Having all member records at our fingertips, ease of use. Availability for all staff to see documents. Cut down on a lot of paper usage What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Sometimes the cloud can be very slow, which can be frustrating. Some recent changes have not been user-friendly What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Cut down on filing, saving time. All records immediately available, making it easy for staff to find.
