Very poor tenant and yet Landlord station still recommends accepting him.

Landlord Station review showed 600 credit score, a forced eviction less than 6 months ago, over 40 late payments, and 2 judgments in the last month. And yet they still recommend that I accept the person as a tenant. Are you kidding me? I called on Friday morning with an issue with my account, I was forced to leave a message because no one answered and as of Monday morning still no call back.On top of that the 2 screening took 2 days to complete! This service is not what it used to be.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, when you call their 1 866 number they never answer nor call you back. I will definitely use another tenant screening station next time. I was very disappointed.

I have been using the services for a while.I like the convenience of having everything in there such as the profile of my properties, tenants, rent payment, applications, tenant screening, documents etc. I wish the transfer of rent money to my bank Is quicker. The request for signature is convenient. I send lease to my tenants so they can sign electronically and I can sign electronically. It’s free and I love it. The customer service via Chat used to be there which I liked, but they don’t ...

It's been two days and I still don't…

It's been two days and I still don't have my Premium Report. The entire report is supposedly held up because of TransUnion. Waste of money.......
