Overall a good experience
I've used them for years and it's been very helpful managing my handful of rental units. Their support is good and I'm happy to see a feature I've wanted has just been released (having the option of the prospective tenant pay for a background check).

The credit report and background check…
The credit report and background check were good but there were no bank accounts noted, checks on verified income, or past work history prior to a person who has retired. All above mentioned play an important role in deciding whether or not a person is a good perspective tenant. Therefore, I could not give this service 5 stars.

It’s to hard to read..
It’s to hard to read... it looks like it says to accept the tenant even though the credit is really bad. Not sure that I’ll be using this again

If it was fully integrated...
if it was fully integrated ( ie. you could send applications,docs, and background checks through that channel instead of outside of it.) with Zillow and the like, it would be perfect.. still needs work there though. so 4 stars.

I recommend Landlord Station for…
I recommend Landlord Station for background checks. This is the 5th time that I've used Landlord Station. I've run 5 background checks and rented to 4 of these individuals. Landlord Station is fast and thorough. This last time I ordered the $35 Credit/Criminal Background Check on a Sunday morning and by Monday morning the results were done. It only took that "long" because they had to wait until Monday morning to check on a possible criminal history- which turned out to be a traffic ...
