Invaluable

Invaluable. just wish there were a way to flag bad renters. We had a scam with a criminal neighbor trying to get our guest house to stash contraband.... but after we caught them, there was no way to report her and put other unsuspecting landlords on notice as to her criminal ways.

I would have given a 5 Star review except for 1 issue - i wanted a more thorough report but the website did not let me choose the plan I wanted - it just plugged in $28 and I couldn’t change it. Otherwise happy with service, quick return etc.

I was unable to upload a pdf from my computer to LandlordStation. Virginia was able to help me by uploading the document on her end after I sent her a copy of the pdf. I was not able to sign my lease on my computer but was able to do so using my phone. Pharoll was also a big help to me in getting everything straightened out. Regards,George Sibert

I am a real estate agent and have used the Landlord Station for many years. They have always had fast service on reports and I'm happy with them. Also, once did I have a issue but, that was caused by my applicant. It was handled promptly by Landlord Station to correct the applicants error in filling out his form approval. The are great people to use in Credit Reporting.
