It’s good
I have been using the services for a while.I like the convenience of having everything in there such as the profile of my properties, tenants, rent payment, applications, tenant screening, documents etc. I wish the transfer of rent money to my bank Is quicker. The request for signature is convenient. I send lease to my tenants so they can sign electronically and I can sign electronically. It’s free and I love it.
