350% hike... Just because

I have been using this for a few years.Software is good, bit fiddly and long winded at times but I put up with it as it was under £5 per month.Checked my bank this week to discover a price hike to over £21 a 350% increase.Looked through my email and found one email in junk and that's it. I recently wrote a review, commenting on a recent and sudden price hike. and had to consider whether the program was still right for me, given that the price rise involved many new features I would not use. I was contacted by LV almost immediately after leaving the comment and a suitable package was found for me at a better price. Lots of options

I have been using Landlord Vision for nearly 2 years now. I find most of it easy unless i have to change something Ie overpayment of rent.I don't use all of the facilities in it but it has an extensive selection. If I had more time to study it i'm sure i would find it easy.Help by email is good. Especially compared to quick books.

Price increase from £4.76 to £17.20 per…

Price increase from £4.76 to £17.20 per month, nearly four times as much.Very faffy and doesn’t really add much value.One to cancel!

Probably the best property / tenancy management tool on the market.

Provides a structured approach to managing tenancies/properties. It does take time to learn the processes (the way to do things) but guidance notes and help support is very good. It's a good alternative to other more generic accounting software as it's specific to property / tenancy management.

136% Price Increase

196% price increase

Love the software but just had an email that my price will rise from £7.04 to £21.96 with no change in service provided. An increase of 196% is incredibly unreasonable

Worth the money!

Been a member for a new of years and have always found the software has definite value for money. It has made compliance much easier, all the reports are very useful and make analysis of property performance easy. Tenants are now starting to use the in-house problem reporting which is different and was a challenge but once I got my head round it, very well worth the monthly fee.
