The support from Landlord Vision (LV) is excellent. When I first started using LV a year ago, I regularly reached out for help and no matter what my query was, LV were very helpful and quick to respond. Once again, I needed to reach out again this week and Ben came to the rescue. When something he suggested didn't work, he then suggested something else which did work. Excellent customer service from a team who know their stuff.Not one to usually leave reviews but saw the other negative reviews a felt like I’d give my 2 cents. Like others I’ve been hit with the recent price increases, but it was obvious this software and support from an English based support centre was worth more than £5 a month.I guess the professional landlords saw this coming as the product was obviously underpriced and the smaller landlords aren’t experienced enough to know that costs ...
