What do you like best about Landbot? By far the biggest upside to Landbot is its flexibility. Not only does it provide the basic chatbot services that other platforms allow for, but the customization and integrations with other apps is a huge upside. Where other platforms may only be able to send data to Google Sheets, for example, Landbot can also pull data from Google Sheets, making interactions with users that much better.

What do you like best about Landbot? Landbot has an easy to use interface to create and update bots, it's simply drag and drop and you will have a chatbot ready to go. It's webhook integration has been very powerful connecting to our in-house backend so we could re utilize the same Database that we were using with our previous vendor.
