What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is simple and intuitive to use. Giving recognition couldn't be any simpler. What do you dislike about Kudos? At times, the app can be a bit slow probably due to connectivity issues. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Kudos is resolving the issue of recognition and appreciation of colleagues, especially now that we mostly work from home and hardly have face to face contact.

The best thing about it is the prizes and gifts for just being helpful. What do you dislike about Kudos? My organization uses slack. I wish there was a built-in feature that connects kudos to slack but in slack. Instead of having to go to a website I'd rather do it all through slack. While Kudos has a good selection of gift cards for which points can be redeemed, the overall prize pool could be more robust. What do you like best about Kudos? the platform is extremely user friendly, the menu on the left hand side clearly displays all the different functions. When you click on rewards it tells you how many points you have and how much this converts to in your local currency. you also receive an email notification when someone sends you kudos so you don't have to open the kudos page and check all the time.
