"A great way to recognize your team players and to find Kudo rewards in the process"
What do you like best about Kudos? I can choose where to spend my points at different outlets. I also like to opportunity to point out individual recognitions spontaneously. What do you dislike about Kudos? Not much to dislike, easy access, reaches all of the folks that are a part of what I do on the team. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Not aware of problems being solved, do like the vendor selections offered to focus points to.

"Our company loves Kudos, great way to show kindness is appreciated!"
What do you like best about Kudos? When another employee goes out of their way to help a pet parent, we can reward them, which is excellent! What do you dislike about Kudos? I work for Chewy, a more prominent company with many employees & the prizes are usually the same. When we do get new items, they go fast. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Kudos shows us how to reward and stay positive in a cruel world.
