What do you like best about Kudos? The Kudos system is so easy to use, you can points to one person or break them up and give to more people. It helps coworkers feel appreciated and builds teamwork and morale. There is a large selection of gift cards to choose from and gift cards have a very low minimum so you can cash out your kudos points even if the balance is low. What do you dislike about Kudos? What do you like best about Kudos? There are multiple ways to recognize people either with just Kudos themselves or even with "awards" which are "badges of honor" if you will.
