What do you like best about Kudos? The Kudos platform has increased appreciation and fun at work. This platform has a great deal, increased my interaction with other employees of different divisions as well as business deliverables. What do you like best about Kudos? Besides the fantastic results in growing peer recognition, I love the range of ways Kudos can be used and implemented --- ways to make it easy to use from where employees actively work; and ways to expand it's impact (e.g. tying to a rewards program, creating extra recognition for leading kudos winners, etc.).
