"Kudos is a reward system."

What do you like best about Kudos? What I like the most about the kudos system is that you can reward someone for helping out. That kudos is a form of showing appreciation to someone that brings thank you into another source of value. What do you dislike about Kudos? Overall I do not have any complaints about how the Kudos system. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? N/A

What do you like best about Kudos? The most helpful tool aabout Kudos is being able to access any team member wheather you knew them prior to sending Kudos you be able to view their comments and see just how wonderful others think they are too. What do you dislike about Kudos? The only downside I see to Kudos is only being able to have 800 Kudos a month when their is so many to give out in a day. What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos has a simple format and the rotating prizes keep things interesting. What do you dislike about Kudos? The only downside I see is working at such a large company makes for a lot of notifications about birthdays and anniversaries. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? I have been able to connect with agents at other sites and send them kudos for helping me out on an order.

What do you like best about Kudos? I never had a company that used kudos. It gives you the feeling that what you do is noticeable since it is personally given from someone. What do you dislike about Kudos? I do not have any dislikes with using Kudos. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Kudos help you see you are making an impact with the company. It gives you the want to try and do better or help others if you want to save for something.

What do you like best about Kudos? I like the way Kudos is set up. Elegant interface. What do you dislike about Kudos? Trying to find files on the side bars. I feel there should be a folders option made on the main page. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? It has helped me stay focused on work. It helps our employees by giving them a slight nudge to help out if incentives are there.

What do you like best about Kudos? What I like about Kudos is that it is a great place to recognize eachother. Based on your recognition you are able to gain prizes from Kudos of which you get to choose or continue saving up. Also, others can chime in on your Kudos! What do you dislike about Kudos? The only thing I dislike is the reward system pricing. Seems a bit steeper than I would expect however it will give you a goal to strive for down the line with the top prizes. Recommendations to ...
