What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is easy to navigate, user friendly and has a great support team (if needed). We use it to offer incentives to employees who help cover vacant shifts, post ways to help increase their knowledge of or within the company. What do you like best about Kudos? It's a quick and easy way to tell people thanks or good job. Ease of use and engagement are the best qualities. What do you dislike about Kudos? Not a lot of people in my immediate work network use it. I have not received Kudos. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? I use Kudos when it requires people to take time out of their long term projects to do things necessary in the short term.
