Search by the name of the individual(s) you want to say thanks too, click on the positive attributes that you are highlighting, and then all that is really left is to provide a little detail so everyone who sees it (and of course the person you are recognizing) can know what they did. What do you like best about Kudos? I like that we can give points to our Co-workers for doing great jobs or keeping up with birthdays. We don't get to talk much so that helps keeps work related relationships. What do you dislike about Kudos? Nothing. I think it's great. Easy to navigate and find people.
