What do you like best about Kudos? I like the fact that we can show appreciation to our fellow employees with the kudos points. What do you dislike about Kudos? I haven't came across anything i dislike. Recommendations to others considering Kudos: Its a fun way to interact with other employees and to show them appreciation. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? I havent solved any problems with Kudos. But the benefits are all the items we can select from the rewards.

What do you like best about Kudos? My favorite aspect of kudos is being able to thank a coworker with something more tangible than words. Kudos is a great feature and is awesome for motivating people to go above and beyond, because they can be rewarded for their efforts.
