What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is a great way to boost company morale by reinforcing good behavior. I love the fact that I can log in randomly and see that a co-worker/supervisor rewarded me for going above and beyond for a customer. Another thing I like is seeing the company managers and operators reward the whole company when a customer contacts us to compliment the service they received. What do you like best about Kudos? It works well for me. I work in a large corporate as a training designer which means I work with a lot of subject matter experts, that need to help me with their expertise to put effective training content together. This is not part of their job scope and can take a lot of time to finalise. What do you like best about Kudos? I love Kudos! It is a fantastic way to thank your co-workers for a job well done or going above and beyond!! What do you dislike about Kudos? I can't think of anything. Maybe adding an option to use your points to send to a coworker when the balance is 0. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? I think the idea of potential Kudos encourages Employees to do things that might not necessarily be part of their job descriptions.

What do you like best about Kudos? I love that we can interact and show each other how much somebody inspires us! I recommend Kudos to any company that wants to make things more fun and to show each other how you can make somebody feel special and also by us doing so we can also earn gifts!
