Using the tool quickly build, test and release the usecases into production and it's provide the metrics to improve the customer experience. What do you dislike about Kore.AI? What do you like best about Kore.AI? The NLP engine and its features. THe drag and drop feature is also good. What do you dislike about Kore.AI? The testing of the bot needs to be more accurate. What problems is Kore.AI solving and how is that benefiting you? Kore AI is solving chatbot development problems with no code method. I am from a QA background and don't know how to code. So it is beneficial for me.

What do you like best about Kore.AI? It is really helpful in connecting with existing system via api and allow the api to get call inside chatbot. UI is also awesome, without any code we can create a form. Awesome it is. What do you dislike about Kore.AI? It is not open source, more people can contribute to the feature enhancement.
