(You can train to be aware of fax received link and specifically send a fax received phishing test. Weekly security tips are great also.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The service is easy to use. Love the online UI. Scheduled phishing campaigns provide lots of options for test phishes and scheduling varieties. Plus the customer support is phenomenal. Every few months I receive an actual phone call from a real person--not a sales person trying to sell me more. My account manager calls and schedules time to review KnowBe4's recent updates and new features, to make sure we're getting everything ...
