"They make it so easy"
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? My favorite part are all the phishing email templates. Most are great right out of the box although I occasionally tweak one or two to make it more relevant to what's going on in my company. The training modules are the bomb, too. Since we've started using their service, the failure rate on my phishing tests has reduced dramatically.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? I really like that KnowB4 has premade content that I can assign to team members for training. Their content is packed with useful information and really great examples to put risky security situations into context.

The different types of content provided allows me to try different methods to engage my users in training. Feedback from my users has been very positive and encouraging. Content is updated regularly and the production quality is outstanding. The ease of use allows me to create training in a few minutes and move on to other projects and priorities.
