What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The software does not need to download to access. By just clicking the link, you can use a browser to join the webinar. The speakers on the even the profile you can access to get to know them. Also, there are tools that you can click if you need something. The time is indicated at the bottom of the screen so you would know how long is the topic is going and how long it will take.

When we have questions about setting the training campaigns, the customer support team has been very responsive and works with us via Zoom to confirm that we understand our options. The training curriculum has a good amount of variety and the 'fake phishing' tests have been effective in evaluating our security awareness.
