"Best in Class Security Awareness Training"
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The best thing about KnowBe4 is the number of features. I feel like when I create a phishing campaign I have the power to manipulate the settings in a variety of different ways, and I love the amount of options I have. It's easy to use and integrates well with Microsoft O365. I've worked with customer support and so far my experience has been great there as well. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? I think the most helpful thing about KnowBe4 is the ability to scroll through many different topics and have a support staff that is quick to respond and extremely helpful. It is extremely easy to use, and easy to implement and integrate across many platforms.

It provides all the necessary information to help them understand what emails are threats. Setting up the training was very easy to use and implement. Customer support was great in helping me set the parameters for a successful training session. I have set up assessments to be done annually.
