What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The automation with smart groups and ADIsync is a huge time saver. The ability to pull raw data reports on phishing, and the phishing tests are amazing as well especially when combined with remedial training modules (I'd recommend tagging some that are best for remediation of clickers and credential harvest failures.)

In addition, our account rep is proactive and regularly meets with us. During our meetings he reviews our campaigns, suggest new targeted campaigns, recommends new training tactics, and assists with configuration.
