"It's a good product, but a little clunky"
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? I like how easy it is to integrate with 365, as well as how easy it is to distribute phishing campaigns to all of my users. I think the USB test is a good one as well.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? I like the ease of deployment and the consent stream of new content we can deploy for our users. They also make it very easy to monitor the completion of the training, through automation of emails as well as an easy list of completion percentage time spent etc...

Especially the funny ones that are more engaging to watch. It's easy to create training campaigns and the reports are great. You can see who has completed what.
