"KnowBe4 is to difficult to manage for a small or part time security awareness program"
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? KnowBe4 has tools that help measure culture and security awareness. Automated phishing campaigns are very helpful. Our representative, Jason Arvin, is excellent. I cannot say enough about Jason.

"Quality service, easy interface, a little tricky to setup"
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? Once setup it's automatic. The users get a monthly phishing test and can click the integrated Phish Alert button in Outlook to report phishing. We can run reports to see progress on a monthly or custom time frame. The users are automatically enrolled in additional training when they click a phishing test and the system admins and their manager get notified when that happens.

End users don't typically want to take time away from their normal day to day work to complete training; however, our users seem to enjoy the compilation of training modules. What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? There are multiple trainings of different variety that you can choose from. I love that you can play games instead of having boring training.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? I use it all the time. I send weekly random tests to all of my users. they get randone emails so they can't just share them to warn others. And you get a weekly report.
