What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The ability to automatically add new users at my business to the training courses and track their progress is very useful. The phish-testing is also a must-have to identify where training has not taken and users need additional assistance. The system is easy to use and quick to get up and running. The support provided is brilliant and they clearly go out their way to provide the best service they can.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The variety and thoroughness of the training modules and the fact that our staff doesn't hate the training. That's rare in the employee awareness for security training business. I've had to call customer support twice in three years and my problem both times was solved on the first try and within minutes. Anytime I couldn't find something in the KnowBe4 dashboard, I've been able to email my CRM and get a response very quickly. ...

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? Front end training, followed by randomized, custom Phishing test emails, sent over a few days or weeks, to all employees. Those that click through get added to a clickers group, requiring additional testing. It gives us the tools necessary to train our staff, test our staff, and follow up with those still needing work.

The social engineering aspect of the test simulation is great. The fact that we can use the SCORM files into our LMS so that users can find all training material through our learning channel streamlines it for our users,

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The account portal is easy to navigate, the campaigns are easy to set up and monitor, and the number of training opportunities. I love how I can automate the entire testing and training process.

The whole premise is that micro trainings executed on a more frequent basis will give your users better skills at not falling prey to phishing attacks. Also once you get the training and phishing tests set up you can have them run on a regular basis automatically which means low overhead to maintain the system.
