What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? As a small organization with a limited budget for security awareness training and testing, KnowBe4 has the tools I need at a price we can afford. Setup was easy and I was able to engage with my users on the first day.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? KnowBe4 title pretty much sums up the reason I continue to use their early response notifications about cyber threats. As a Senior Security Engineer responsible for the IPS and Firewall platforms it allows me to be proactive in the cyber warfare that is prevalent these days, especially when you consider the bad actors of nation states such as China and North Korea, who are constantly banging on our doors.

KnowBe4 is not a totally unique company but provides a quality product at a price that seems much more reasonable than the alternatives out there. I did look at the alternatives and got price quotes from all of them and they were all quite a bit more costly than KnowBe4.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? KnowBe4 has in depth training that is presented at the user level. Setting up the users for training is simple as is scheduling them for any of the multitude of training course that they offer. In addition, using their Phishing test platform we were able to set a baseline for our users so that we can view the impact the training has on their awareness.

The phishing testing platform is very robust, easy to use and helpful in tracking how well you users are doing with respect to security issues like Phishing. Also the large amount of training topics available to be deployed and tracked is great. I started with a baseline Phishing test and then trained my users. I use the Phish Alert tool provided by KnowBe4 which allows my users to mark incoming emails as potential Phishing ...

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The training content is updated frequently which keeps it relevant for the employees. Security awareness training can be very boring, BUT NOT WITH KnowBe4. The training management tools are also very good and easy to use. The Phishing simulator/training emails are spectacular.
