Other than update to the templates, you can set it and forget it, then monitor the reports you get back from the system to check employee performance.

As administrator, I love the visibility of users who have failed phishing tests, which learning has been assigned, and what timeline it was (or was not) completed. I also appreciate the extensive learning library and the ability to select whether to use the existing LMS or our own internal LMS to administer the learning.
