What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The user tracking/completion is fantastic, as are the customizable notifcation emails that can be automatically sent for a campaign. It cuts down a lot of manual work and reporting to have all that infor in one place.

"It's a good product, but a little clunky"
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? I like how easy it is to integrate with 365, as well as how easy it is to distribute phishing campaigns to all of my users. I think the USB test is a good one as well.
