What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? KnowBe4 is a great information security training tool, offering a large selection of relevant training courses, videos, games, posters/art work, and newsletters. The phish tool includes a bunch of useful templates, which are easy to modify, and a community that is constantly adding more. Very happy with both the product and services.

What do you like best? The system is VERY comprehensive and easy to use. We migration from another solution that was harder to administer and this one is SO much better. The value for the price point is spot on.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The training has been extremely effective in preventing social engineering attacks. We can tell when a new employee has not completed the training as they immediately fall for our phishing campaigns. The Phish button was a great addition.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The platform is a breeze to use. The training is up to date. The tool makes compliance tracking easy. The support from the company is fantastic. They had effective follow up calls to help us get started and track out progress in implementation. The follow ups were helpful and not annoying.

"DRASTICALLY reduced the number of employees clicking on email links"
What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? I absolutely love and utilize the phishing simulations and trainings as a result of the simulations. I use the scheduled campaigns to send out tips and tricks each month. Phish alert button is enabled on our email accounts as well as the second chance alert. All of these things have played a major role in stabilizing our environment at my company.
