What do you like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training? The platform is flexible and yet easy to get started. You can get started with a simple yet effective training and testing right off the bat and yet after several years I am still finding new ways to leverage the platform to extend our security culture. There is always new content to be used for training, new phishing templates and new ways to keep security top of mind for your users.

What do you like best? Knowbe4 has a very comprehensive program that takes a little bit to get all setup but their account reps are very patient and walked me through the whole thing. Very professional and personal service. Using Knowbe4, my worry a user will open something they shouldn't is slowly being reduced.

What do you like best? Out of the box training tools with ready made material to help you design your own training and education campaigns. System can be setup to not only notify clients of new campaigns, but also reminder notifications to complete exercises. The analytics are very helpful identifying weaknesses of each individual.

As we live in the IT world these days many of us did not even realize how the situation has changed from 7 years ago regarding our security. And you do not get to learn about it at schools either. I love that they educate people about potential threats in a very easy way which is easy to duplicate and people know how to apply what they learn. I love sending phishing emails to my staff :-)
