What do you like best about Klaviyo? I like that it has the ability to integrate with our website and track the products they often search for and creates profiles for them. This helps us create segments to market to. I also like the ability to create work flows.

Great for segmentation & account manager is awesome!
Much prefer Klayvio over other providers like MailChimp or SendGrid! It does take a while to understand some more of the complex automation, but once it's set up it's pretty fire for personalization and segmentation purposes. Our account manager, Katelyn, is amazing and super knowledgeable. Our monthly meetings are incredibly useful feedback for our team. She helps us identify strategies we should be implementing to make our campaigns and flows more successful as well as robust ways of ...

"Best tool on the market!"
What do you like best about Klaviyo? First off, the integration with Shopify is fantastic - it allows you to segment certain audiences better than any other tool out there. Also, allows a bit more customization than MailChimp in regards to templating.

We've been on Klaviyo for the last 3…
We've been on Klaviyo for the last 3 years and our email program is stronger than ever. Klav allows us to easily segment and personalize content. The base platform has a lot of advanced features that are stable since the product is mature. I wish that the email capture was a little more sophisticated along with SMS. But I can tell it's getting there. Support isn't real-time but has gone above and beyond to help us out.
