What do you like best? Kindful is very easy to use. It has many features that help track donor activity, giving history and lots of preloaded awesome reports. Their customer service is also awesome!

What do you like best? I love how user friendly and intuitive Kindful is. It has been a huge help to get all of our contacts and donors in one place. It has made sending emails and direct mail pieces a one stop shop. Kindful also allowed us to do a big data clean up and get rid of old addresses that were no longer accurate, same with emails and phone numbers. We are a small nonprofit and Kindful has helped us to get to a better position to grow by allowing us to take control of our donor data.
