What do you like best? Kindful is well-developed and clean looking CRM tailored to non-profits. It has a lot of functionality, and its reports and donor information are easy and powerful. It dynamically syncs contacts/donors into Emma for mass emailing so no more exporting/importing of contacts. What do you like best? The dashboard is organized in a visual, easy-to-digest way. The major salient points are listed on top, with more details as you scroll down. The individual profiles have been revamped, making changes to donor profiles simple and easy.

What do you like best? Kindful has a user friendly interface that is fairly intuitive. If you're willing to spend a few hours training your team in it, you'll be able to use its features quickly. It has loads of filters and reporting options so you can find the data you need.

What do you like best? Prior to Kindful we were using multiple platforms to house our donor data, donation transactions and emails now we can access everything in one place!! I would also say that Kindful is constantly improving their platform with new features.
