What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management? There are occasional issues where lists do not always refresh. What problems is Khoros Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you? Khoros is used to monitor my business via Social Media and allows us to quickly identify and respond to any issues.

"Khoros has much more functionality compared to other content management platforms"

What do you like best about Khoros Social Media Management? The fact that we are given access to the most recent updates per platform. Being able to schedule content for all platforms makes my life easier and khoros has done that. What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management? Not being able to schedule a photo and video in the same post. Only can do multiple photos or multiple videos but not 1 of each in carousel posts. This would be nice for Instagram.
