My company went out of business
My company went out of business my dot number and mc number are both inactive I have explained this to the customer service and they said they will get back to me they are still attempting to charge my card despite literally no activity on the eld for months…no one gets back to me…they have a clause in the contract to cancel the service if your out of business, I screen captured this and included it in my first and 2nd email asking to cancel, and no response…….I do not value nor want this ...

No flexibility to eliminate ELD's
There is absolutely no flexibility to eliminate ELD's from the account if a unit is sold or decommissioned.This causes to pay for services that are not being rendered which is not right.All this on top of your 2 year contract makes KT less desirable for small fleets with very variable financial conditions.

Keep trucking is the worst I’ve been waiting two months for hell and nobody has tried to help me other than charging me more money. Absolutely the worst company and I tell everyone I know to never use you.
